ALL of my products are made to order. Or are set as a pre-order. This means that I do NOT keep an inventory of already-finished products.

Ex. If you order koi fish earrings, I will order the materials required for it unless I have enough on hand.

These materials might take 1-6 weeks to arrive or to pick up. I take 1-3 days to make the product. By purchasing my products, you acknowledge this information when placing an order.

I ship between 1-4 weeks. I work a day job and need time to order and pick up materials from my suppliers. The idea is to turn this into a full-time business so I can operate faster (and efficiently).

For now, I will ship to you as soon as I can.

There's a limited amount of countries that I ship to:

• Australia
• Canada
• France
• New Zealand
• United Kingdom

And of course, United States (domestic).

This list will grow bigger in the future, eventually :)

For each product, the specific materials are listed in its description. Most (if not all) earrings are made from polymer clay and cured with a nontoxic UV resin.

The earring hooks are hypoallergenic, meaning those with sensitive ears/nickel allergy can wear these. As someone with this allergy, my ears had little to no reaction. I'm able to wear them for hours daily without having to worry. But please take care of yourself! Make the decision that's safest for you.

Every bracelet is made with both natural and imitation beads (ex. pearls), depending on the bracelet. For more details, I suggest looking at the individual description. There you will find the bead type and bead size.

Please remove your jewelry before any of these activities to make ensure quality and minimize wear/damage:

• Sweating
• Bathing
• Sleeping

Do not tug on the pieces or attempt to break them. Avoid exposure to heat or chemicals that causes tarnish. Wash gently with warm water or dish soap.

All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Make sure you select the correct options before ordering (size, color, etc.)!

Your order will come inside an adhesive bag and bubble mailer to prevent scratches/damage.
